I'm going with my parents to porto since 6th till 9th of December. If somebody is there and has time for some beers let me know :)

Hi my lovely European friends!!!!

I miss you all sooooooooooooooo much!!!!!!!!! I know it's hard to believe since I haven't posted for a wile.... but it's true!!!! Sooo..... where do I begin?!?!
hummm...... MY TWINS!!!!!! Yes!!!! They worked fine! And the exhibition was GREAT!!! I will never forget it!!!After Ars.... I spent my last week in Linz... crazy week... I even went to a marriage! Not just went as I took the bride to the church!!!!! ahahahahahaha..... I think this is what I liked most in Linz... all the crazy situations which kept happening! :)


So... I had a whole WEEK goodbye party... my house mates where amazing.... really cute!! They wanted to spend all the possible time with me... very special place!! So, on Sunday before I left we did a happy-friends-who-live-together-thing. It was a wonderful night, the opening day from the Classical Music Festival in Linz, we went to see classical music by the Danube!!


After Linz, I went by myself to Amsterdam, where I spent 4 days. It was really nice since I had the chance to know (more) nice people and above all, to REST (believe me... I really needed that!!) Then I went back to Vienna, and JONA was there waiting for me!!! SUCH A NICE PERSON!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :) I had a wonderful LAST DAY in Austria... SOOOO COOOLLLLL!!! That it was hard for me to come back, and I think this is the reason why I ALMOST LOST MY PLANE BACK!!!! ahahahahahahahhaahhahaahhahahaa!!! And I tell you, this is THE BEST story ever!!! Maybe on the next post..... anyway... I'm back to Brasil for 2 months now. First I was working hard to build my life back, and now that I already have a home and a NEW CAR, I'm working hard on my dissertation. And to finish my post, I'll leave some images from my life here:
This is the new family member, his name's BLACK. For me it's hard because I'm afraid of dogs.... but my brother left home.. and since my mom didn't want another child (she already had my sister when I left home), she decided to have a dog...... :)


I spent a month going to WELCOME parties... this a special brazilian barbecue, I promise I'll ask my father to do a special one when you come to visit me!!!


This is the kind of attitude Architects have after they graduate and realize they don't have a chance to become rich!! (I'm sorry for telling you the truth, Calu and Carlos....)


YES, I DID IT!!!!! I cooked Käsespatzle for my family!!!!!!!!!!!!! :) They loved it!!!


This is what I've been doing most.... going to marriages parties and attcking the sweets!! Believe me, I was in three different parties in 7 days!!!!!! :o


The last one..... me... after a hard day at the swimming pool!!!!!! YES, WE NOW HAVE SUMMER DOWN SOUTH!!!! Actually..... we ALWAYS have summer....... and I'm looking forward to have you here with me!!!!!! see you!!!!

i dont't have any houses in london neither in berlin, unfortunately, but i can tell you what comes to my mind, while thinking about the new year's eve & the costs. so two things which come to my mind:
1)if we were not more numerous than.let's say seven,we could fit in andras' flat in budapest.i checked the tickets from portugal and they are a little bit cheaper than to gdansk, for example. wouldn't you feel like visiting the great city of budapest again? and after the new year's eve, who would still have money, could join me on my way to gdansk...
2)i know i know i know you are terrified on the thought of taize,cause you think i would like to make priests & nuns of all of you,but please believe me, i really dont=].trust me a bit, i really dont want to convert you to anything, at most to show you a part of kasia's love and it's also a thing i would be happy to show to you, cause it's loved by me. and on the spot one pays i think 45e, and sleeping place (in schools etc or people's houses) and transport card for the whole city is then guaranteed.and geneve is such a beautiful city...fififi?

New year's eve.

guys, no jokes, let's meet. i may be lousy at blog cultivation, but i really feel like making effort to meet you, for a change what do you say? i wrote mariana first and we both think it's a good plan, so why not to simply do it? it sucks with the price of the tickets for the new year's eve, that's true, but on the other hand it's the only time, when everybody has off...i got the link to the post, where you already wondered about the next meeting...what do you say? i would really so much feel to meet you, what about you?mmm...

now some options how to do this:
1)it could be at my place. as for me, i could i think my house capabilities are about five-six people to be hosted apart from me (i live with my parents, so it could be a bit crazy with more maybe, i have to think,but will see)- that's for the time around new year's eve,when you would stay here. for the new year's eve we could a)maybe join frineds of mine b)we have a house at a lake as well - it is cut out civilisation no tap-water in winter-time included =0, but it could be fun, we would probably have it all for us & it is very beautiful there fire place and all c) maybe we could go to my uncle's who own a theather in the mountains, his house is huge and so magical, full of theather decoration, and in a beautiful neighbourhood of karkonosze,mmmm... mountains....

2)or maybe we would ask portuguese to invite us =] cause they are the most numerous.

3)or we could meet in taize maybe, it's in geneve this year. i know you already think i'm kind of phanatic or so. but ask mariana, it's not some religious fanatics group, more a place for people celebreting joy and piece thank any kind of religion.

hi! i hope every one knows what is the most important things in a girl's life, so the very first thing i will tell you after such a long time not givin a life sign will be that: I CHANGED MY HAIRSTYLE. along with this news some little events from the last days too, tough. but these are only background informations... ki ki ki.
i have painted my room all orange. (now i plan to continue and to paint the whole world like this.)
and i was in the mountains again! (in the mountains sky is closer.)

and i hang around with friends, quite alike usually. only now i do it also along with my latest passion that is: creating soap bubbles. bubbles are so great: they live about thirty seconds and always die in a crash, but they still find it worth to fly and shine with all the colours. i like this.

Let in the Mart cripples! On 10th of november was the day of Mart (man name) in Estonia (goose feast (Br)). One evening before young people, mostly children, go in black cripple clothing from house to house and they sing and dance for a treat. It is a bit similar to halloween. It used to be a very esteemed day, but now its just for fun. I haven´t done it since i was little. To be sure in our success we visited only people we know. We were 5 cripples and later one guy in a snake costume joined us. The catch was fabulous: bottle of vodka, bottle of home-made vine, 3 bottles of beer, condoms, incane sticks, apples, candy, kanesh sigarettes, drinks on the house, cannabis, 500 krones(~32 euros), honey.

Awsome! We consider going also on this friday! It is called day of Kadri (womans name) and people go around dressed in white.

Christmas in Porto!!

It began ... here in Porto the streets started to sing having that tipical christmas atmosphere!
With great enthusiasm the population strarted to get together in the center of Porto, because this year we would have the biggest christmas tree in Europe!!!

Big Things!!!

Its an opinion when I say that Christmas is getting a hypnotic image. The big image has two faces, one of sweet perception and other of illusion; for soure can be very therapy but not Christmas!

Anyway its a season of Porto that you must discover!!

Back to Linz, back to work, i bought Bob Dylan´s best of, 3 CDs of really good music !!!!
I have at the moment a lot of interesting work, that´s a bit of stress but as long as i can have fun during the week end it´s OK ! I also changed of bedroom, i have know a big big bedroom, and a really nice floor for breakdancing !!! I also have new roommates, i´m the only man of the flat now...lol
For Calu : I hope you enjoyed your stay in Paris, ah Paris, i´ll be there on the 22nd of december and perhaps also for the new year´s eve...

Here, in Linz, weather is not really nice, max. 10°C (more or less), we are waiting for the snow during this week end...if we have some i´ll send you some pictures !

Vladimir Mayakovsky Remix

In 2007, Franck Ancel acquired 3 meters of original film "The Celluloide Heart". This film, lost for more than half a century, was made by and featured the Soviet poet Vladimir Mayakovsky and Lili Brik. Ancel breathes new life into these images by mixing them and adding a sound piece by Luc Ferrari and Elisabeth Chojnacka, "Common program for harpsichord and magnetic tapes" for a duration of 17 min 17 S to create two versions.
This composition fills the visual space until it reaches monochromatic saturation. 12 years later, in 1930, Mayakovsky committed suicide at 37 years of age and left his epitaph: The boat of the love crashed against everyday life. As one says, the incident is closed.
Trough the transfiguration of death and the disappearance of this work, we present another formula in loop form, towards projection, that is still alive towards a “2007” version: Everyday life crashed against the boat of the love. As one says, that does not close the incident.
This "Vladimir Mayakovsky Remix" (VMR) is the continuation, one year later of the "Yves Klein Remix" (YKR) made in 2006 with its poem "Come with me into the void". This second edition limited to 27 numbered specimens, for November 11th, is accompanied by a certificate. VMR is a box plexis, 13 by 13 centimetres, containing a DVD screen printed in the color of red blood.

Biography
Born in 1970, France, Franck Ancel lives in Paris. He has been probing technology in art for more than fifteen years. He has traced its development from the avant-gardes artists of the last century to the recent mutations of creation on a planetary scale.
He has thus organized and coordinated symposiums, expositions, and performances in cooperation with associations and institutions. The last one was a retrospective on Jacques Polieri, « the creator of modern scenography », at the National Library in Paris. Since the 9/11 terrorist attacks, Ancel has set up an interactive, participative triptych, « A.I.T. », probing architecture, image and technology on 20th Century heritage sites.
In 2005 he concluded a cycle of five communications for five continents entitled « From Scenography to the Planetary Network » with its world premier being broadcast live on the Internet from a plane travelling between Shanghai and Munich. In 2006 he pursued this idea with the conference « From Scenography to the Planetary Network for Shanghai 2010 » held in Silicon Valley as part of ISEA/ZeroOne. In 2007, Ancel has created a hommage to Sputnik for October 4th « From Sputnik satellite to Explorer art », date of the fiftieth anniversary of the first object put into orbit around the planet.

Yesterday I arrived from Paris. I have been visiting a big big friend of mine,Mariana, that is in Erasmus (She visited me during the 1st Semester, remember?). Ewan: the capital of your country is great! I lot of things to see and to do..culture, Culture, CULTURE! I was sleeping in the Brasilian students Residence of Corbusier, I visited his apartment and atelier, Frank Gehry's Cinematheque, Perrault's National Library (great!)... visited Museum D'Orsay, Pompidou... Van Gogh, Matisse, Picasso, Miró, Man Ray,Degas, Renoir, André Breton, Duchamp, Monet, Manet, Cézanne, Toulouse-lautrec... Klimt, Munch,Picadia...A never ending list!
